Our Work
I will no longer be silenced - Canadian Gymnast Abby (Pearson) Spadafora
I will no longer be silenced. Breaking the silence of my lived experiences of abuse in Canadian gymnastics is a heavy one. For the benefit of every child, athlete, and parent in the sport it’s time for me to be vulnerable; it’s time to inform everyone that the type of behaviour I and many others were exposed to was never acceptable and must be stopped.

As athletes have stood together for change, the Ukrainians are also standing together for their sovereignty and for peace.
