Global Athlete has today announced that it has partnered with FairSport and Play the Game to launch the first ever Global Athlete Survey. The Survey, which has been produced in association with renowned experience management company, Qualtrics, will offer members of the international athlete community the opportunity to have their say on issues in sport ranging from athlete rights to financial compensation and abuse to anti-doping.

The United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee becomes the third National Olympic Committee to have Olympic Charter Rule 40 relaxed

Global Athlete recognizes the recent announcement of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to provide their athletes more earning potential. “This is a positive led initiative by the USOPC Athlete Advisory Council to unlock their earning potential but more needs to be done,” said Noah Hoffman, an American member of the Global Athlete Start-Up Group.

Global Athlete partners with Aurora Games for inaugural Summer 2019 Spectacle

Global Athlete has today announced a partnership agreement with the first-ever All-Women Multi-Sport Competition, Entertainment and Education Festival, the Aurora Games. The inaugural edition of the Games is set to take place this summer from 20 - 25 August in Albany, New York.

Signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and coming at a time of heightened interest and awareness of women’s sport, Global Athlete and Aurora Games have committed to putting Athletes Rights as a leading priority, at the heart of the Games.
